Why this product
Someone in every small organisation ends up with the spreadsheet. They didn't ask for it; they were the one who could use Excel. fullhall exists so that person can run the member list and the trivia night without also becoming the IT department. The reasoning is laid out in the manifesto, positions and all.
The product is built alongside a small number of partner organisations, in the open about what exists and what doesn't. That's a deliberate trade: their real committee meetings and real RSVP lists shape the product more than any roadmap workshop could.
Small on purpose
Outback Yak Pty Ltd is a small company and fullhall is its product. There's no growth team and no sales floor. The plan is one good operations product for small Australian organisations, priced so a volunteer treasurer can approve it without a committee vote.
