fullhall for not-for-profits and charities
fullhall runs the contact list, the memberships and the events for Australian not-for-profits, so the one person who ended up with the spreadsheet can keep the list true without becoming the IT department. Built for ACNC-registered charities, incorporated associations and community groups with one to ten staff and a lot of volunteers.
One list, not a members area and a volunteers area
A contact is a person. Volunteer and donor are labels on that person, and a membership is a record on the same contact, so the "members spreadsheet" and the "volunteers spreadsheet" stop disagreeing about someone's surname. When Margaret changes her email before the AGM, you change it once.
A register of members the auditor will accept
Set up membership types, yearly, fixed-date or lifetime, and share a public join page. Renewal reminders go out before a term lapses, so chasing the overdue ones stops being a note the treasurer forgets. The register of members exports as CSV whenever the auditor asks.
Membership fees settle in your organisation's own Stripe account, or the treasurer records the bank transfer by hand. fullhall never holds the money and adds no fee.
Events your supporters can say yes to
Every event gets a public page. Supporters open the link from your newsletter, type their email, and they're in, no account and no app, so you never field a password reset from a 74-year-old volunteer the morning of the fete. Set a capacity and the page enforces it; a cancellation promotes the first person waiting and emails them.
What we leave to the donation platforms
fullhall doesn't process donations. Zeffy and Raisely do that well, use them. What fullhall does is the operations underneath: the list, the members, the teams and the events, in one place your whole committee can reach without a shared login. If you want a twenty-module association suite, Wild Apricot has existed since 2006 and it shows.
