A customer list that doesn't drift
Every customer, subscriber and regular is one record: name, email, phone, notes. Add your own labels, VIP, wholesale, waitlist, and a person keeps a single record no matter how many times they buy a ticket or reply from a new phone. Your list walks back out as CSV any time you ask.
Workshops and launches people can book
Publish a public page for the class, the pop-up or the launch and share the link. It works on a phone and asks for a name, an email and a guest count. Set a capacity and the page enforces it; when a seat frees up, the first person waiting is promoted and told.
Sell paid tickets from the same page. The money settles in your own Stripe account, fullhall adds no fee, and buyers get a QR ticket by email that you scan at the door from the browser.
Bring the list you already have
Upload the CSV from your shop, your inbox or your old mailing tool. fullhall maps the columns, dedupes by email, and tells you exactly what it kept and what it skipped. Nothing silently disappears, because a customer list you can't trust is the problem we exist to fix.
