A Free plan and a Full plan
The Free plan runs your list, teams, events and RSVPs with no card and no clock. The Full plan is $29 a month, in Australian dollars with GST included, per organisation, and switches on charging money: paid tickets and paid memberships through your own Stripe account. No per-contact pricing on either.

Ticket and membership sales carry no fullhall fee on either plan. Your organisation connects its own Stripe account, the money settles there, and the only cost is Stripe's card fees.
Why $29
Because "contact us for pricing" is where trust goes to die, and a treasurer deciding whether to import 400 contacts deserves to know the shape of the bill first. $29 a month is my honest estimate of fair: less than the sausage sizzle clears, more than nothing, enough to run the service properly. It's per organisation, never per contact, so growing your list costs you nothing. GST is in the number, and the Free plan is not a trial: it stays free.

Pricing questions
- What does the Free plan include?
- Unlimited contacts, teams, events and RSVPs, free tickets, memberships you record yourself, broadcast email to 300 recipients a month, 2 GB of file storage, a daily AI assistant allowance, CSV import and export, and as many admins as your committee needs. There is no card to enter and no trial clock.
- What does the Full plan add?
- Charging money: paid event tickets and paid memberships, settled in your organisation's own Stripe account. It also lifts the allowances, to 25 GB of storage, 5,000 broadcast emails a month and a bigger AI assistant allowance.
- Does fullhall take a cut of ticket or membership money?
- No, on either plan. The money goes to your organisation's own Stripe account and fullhall takes no cut. You pay Stripe's card processing fees (about 1.7% plus 30 cents for Australian cards), the same as if you used Stripe directly.
- How do I move to the Full plan?
- From your organisation's settings: choose Upgrade to Full, pay by card on Stripe's checkout, and the plan switches on straight away. It's monthly, you can cancel from the same page, and Stripe emails a tax invoice for each payment. Nobody is ever moved to a paid plan without asking for it. - Is there an annual plan?
- No. One monthly price, GST included, cancel whenever you like. Annual billing tends to reward the vendor, not the treasurer.
- Do the people I invite need an account?
- No. They RSVP, join or buy tickets on a public page with an email address. There's no account to create and no app to install.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You export your contacts as CSV whenever you like, and we delete your organisation's data on request. Your list belongs to your organisation, not to us.
