Set up your membership types, yearly, by season, or life, and share a public join page members pay on from their phone. Renewal reminders go out before a membership lapses, so you chase fewer people in person at training. The register of members is one CSV away when the committee asks.

Fees settle in the club's own Stripe account, or the treasurer records the cash and bank transfers by hand. fullhall never holds the money and adds no fee.

Committee, BBQ crew, the under-12s, the choir. A member can sit in any number of teams, and a team is a view of the one list, not a copy of it. The treasurer who also runs the canteen is still a single record, so her new phone number lands everywhere at once.

Every event gets a public page that works on a phone and asks for a name, an email and a guest count. Set a capacity and the page enforces it; when the hall is full, later RSVPs join the waitlist and a cancellation promotes the next person automatically.

Sell tickets to the trivia night or the presentation dinner from the same page, straight into the club's Stripe account, and check people in at the door with the phone's camera.
