File storage for your events and shared documents
Every fullhall organisation gets 2 GB of storage. Enough for the trivia night poster and every permission form you'll need this year, kept next to the events they belong to instead of in someone's Downloads folder.
Put a face on the event page
Upload the poster once and set it as the event banner. The public page resizes it for the web, so the 6 MB photo from your phone doesn't cost every visitor 6 MB. The same library holds your organisation logo.
Share a PDF without attaching it five times
Upload the permission form, create the public link, paste it in the newsletter. When the form changes, take the link private. New visits stop on the spot, and a copy someone already had open dies within minutes.
I kept the sharing model blunt on purpose: a file is public or it isn't. There are no half-states to audit at 11pm before a committee meeting.
Storage you can see
A meter shows what you've used. Delete a file and the space comes back immediately. No support ticket to find out where the quota went.

Every file keeps its receipts
Who uploaded it, when the link went public, when it was taken down, who set it as a banner. The history sits on the file itself, so "who shared that?" has an answer months later.
